Where would I find someone to take out a dog? My parents need a dog taker-outer (other than me), and I would like to find them some names of people or services. Do I look under "dog walker" or is there another name?
Thank you

I'd try that, or "pet sitter." I know many pet sitters offer walking services. Also, I've noticed people advertising their dog-walking services on Craigslist in the "Pets" section. Obviously, be careful on that site, as ANYone can post on there. Maybe they could provide references...
The EAP I set up for my employees has concierge services. They would find you a pet sitter that is already vetted. Does your or your DH's company offer an EAP?

Regina,
You can have her call her vet and ask them. I know there is a sign at my vet's for a pet sitter who is one of the people that actually work in the office. Or maybe try asking a dog groomer.

Yes, it's an Employee Assistance Program and ours would happily help you with any service you requested, including how to roast the Thanksgiving turkey. Yes, they would find a dog walker too!

Do any US airlines have something like this? I just can't see it... in this day and age of "charge for EVERYTHING." If so, lucky employees of THAT company...
