| Jetgirls Member | So I went to six stores yesterday looking for dress pants for a toddler. I was amazed ...nothing. The best I could find was cargo pants in blue and khaki. Guess what else? No ties or belts for little guys. Nicolas wears 18 months... the nearest size I found dress pants was in size 4T. It is Christmas, time to dress up our children, push them in front of a camera and cross our fingers. Where are the dress clothes at? If you are a Mom with little boys, please tell me where to find this stuff? Our pictures were supposed to be today, but one of the triplets woke up sick, so it is off, but for future reference. I never have this problem with my girls... |

| Jetgirls Member | Old Navy, Kohl's, Sears, Wal-Mart, Target and Meijer. I did not go to the mall, mainly becuase, well, I despise the mall. I am still amazed though that I could not find dress clothes for a little guy. A couple of the stores had three piece outfits, but I have a suitcoat, dress shirt and sweater vest from Gymboree, I just wanted a pair of pants. I did finally find dress socks, not just dark socks, but dress socks. Don't people dress their little boys any more? I am starting to feel like a really old Mommy now! |

| Try The Children's Place or even the GAP should have at least docker type pants. It just gets worse as they get older. I can't stand all that rap type of clothes. I can't even find regular jeans anymore, they are all baggy or cargo. I get most of my son's clothes at The Children's Place. They have good sales and if you sign up for their credit card, you get an extras discount whenever you use it and they send you lots of coupons. They have sizes from infants all the way up 16 I believe. Check their website before making a trip to the dreaded mall! |

| Jetgirls Member | Thank you, I didn't try there, but I will. I tried to get my conservative mid-20's cousin some pants yesterday at Old Navy, (they were having an awesome sale and with 5 kids, I am all about the SALE!)... everything was low waist, or ultra-low waist. She is a little heavy, and definetly not into wearing anything low waisted! I may have to crawl back under my fashion rock! |

| I just checked their website, they do have dress pants for little boys. Not too much, but they do. They have a lot of cute clothes there. I love sweater vests for little boys for some reason. My son has had one on in his school picture from K till now (3rd grade). I think this may be the alst year I can get him wear one!! I always find nice ones there. I am very conservative how he dresses for school, always collar shirts and decent pants. I can't stand that hip hop look for kids! You can get really great deals there too, it's usally about the only store I even go into at the mall! |

| I've had some luck with Marshall's or TJMaxx for dress clothes at good prices. Gap and Children's Place are places where you can be pretty assured of finding SOMETHING cute and dressy for boys. It can be depressing to try to find cute boys clothes, everywhere you go there's TONS of cute girly stuff in pink and purple, but I feel your pain in finding nice-looking boy clothes ![]() |

| Jetgirls Ol' School Member | I guess it varies by area because our WalMarts are stocked full right now with the cutest dress clothes for boys! They have sweaters, sweater vests, pants, ties, belts, plaid button ups, velvet vests (not a big fan of the velvet, but still reasonably cute.) Sears also usually has the same kind of stuff. The ONLY place I can find pants that aren't low rise but aren't grandma waisted is Old Navy and Gap. I saw some on clearance at Gap for $20 so I bought 2. Old Navy probably has them online if they weren't in the store. |

| Don't be afraid of the clearance racks at the upscale stores. I would regularly find expensive things at Bloomindales marked down to $4.99 and in the 75% off rack because they only had a few and they were off season--that translated to $1.25. |
