| I didn't think it would happen because DH never seemed to be home at the right time, but I took a test last week, and it came out positive! My first appointment is tomorrow morning. If I've worked it out right from my last period, I should be due near the end of August. But it feels like I may be farther along and just had a period anyway? My breasts are already so heavy! I had just lost about 20 lbs, and while I've only gained back 2 lbs, I'm already a cup size bigger again. I guess we'll find out more specifically tomorrow. Now we really have some incentive to finish the house! DH has been home a lot more than I originally thought he would be - he's able to get home for at least one day about once a week. I just wish we lived closer to the airport. That's a three-hour round-trip drive to the airport twice a week to pick him up and drop him off, and of course, I never know what time to expect him in each week, because he leaves as soon as he is released from reserve duty, which some days is earlier than others. But he will be there for the appointment tomorrow morning, which is really important to him. Wish us luck, we have both really been wanting this! Merry Christmas to us! | Congrats! Ultrasounds will give you a better idea of due dates if you're not entirely sure when it happened. That was our case, turns out I was nowhere close to accurate with the date I thought. The boob-aches can start early, so don't let that throw you! Best wishes for a happy & healthy 9 months! |
