How did the baby shower go this weekend? (I noticed you mentioned it on the Yahoo! site!)

Baby shower was awesome! a ton of work, but it really worked out well and i have a ton of photos that i'll probably put up sometime in the near future!

I was surprised! the only thing that i forgot was a photo of the cake (before it was eaten).. haha

everyone there kept saying that it was amazing that I was able to pull it off being the only person there from out of state (on the other side of the world it seems)... without the help from Party City, Publix Bakery & Deli, MARTA & Delta Airlines - there would have been NO WAY I could have accomplished such a feat! haha

Thanks for asking! I have to say that planning and hosting a baby shower can be fun, but also very time consuming! I'm glad to have it done with so i can concentrate on studying for the next 2 weeks.. then i'll be back on here full time!

WHEW, it has been a really busy time lately! I finally got the baby shower photos up for both my sister's shower (& new baby photos) and for my girlfriend Laura's shower...

For those of you that might be doing baby showers in the future, I used www.herbabyshower.com for the favors ( Translucent Bag with Knit Baby Clothes Favor ) which really worked excellently! the favors I got are small enough to put a hook through the loops and use as a December ornament (that's the month the baby's due). Herbabyshower.com worked so well with me, that I had a date change and I asked them to wait till I had a confirm on the date, they did and got the favors to me just in time!
