Yep!!!

I had horrible heartburn with both my kids. Rolaids worked better for me than Tums, but if that doesn't do the trick talk to your doc about Zantac. It helped for a while, but like all the other HB remedies seemed to work less the more you take it.

I would have swore that Molly bruised my uterus with her kicking. It hurt SOOOOO bad! I worried that something was wrong too, but my OB said it was fine. I'd ask him/her about it at your next appt. though.

Oh the pains of motherhood.... they've only begun!!!

I have been having horrible heartburn since about 16 weeks. I am to the point where I can tell in the first bite if something will give me heartburn. Tums did not really work for me, but my doc said Pepcid AC is okay during pregnancy and I take one of those as soon as I take my first bite and it helps a lot. Also, I am having a lot of abdominal pain. I went to Florida last week (we drove) and sitting upright for a long period of time was miserable. I got out to walk around every few hours, which helped, but I feel like I am still recuperating from the trip (we got home Saturday night)! The most painful part is a bruised feeling right under the ribcage. I read my pregnancy books when I got home, and it is a common feeling at this stage.
