I agree w/ everyone ... you do look beautiful!! I also like Liam. Its a name that will extend into adulthood. I don't know too many adult Billys. If he goes by Billy as a boy and decides on a more adult choice later on, he'll have to go through a sort of "identity" change to get folks to call him by a different name. For example, I have a friend whose name is Charles Michael. When I first met him 4 years ago he was Michael. Then about 2 years ago he decided to go by Charles. I still catch myself calling him Michael.

true that! I have a friend who in HS went by his asian name - Kim Ho and then when we got to college all of a sudden he was John Ho? WTF? I mix between calling him John and calling him Kim.

My Dad and Brother's names are William. Dad goes by Bill, brother goes by Billy. It just suites him somehow. Lots of people who have only know him in adulthood call my brother Bill, and sometimes the family and close friends shorten it to Bill as well.

With that said, I was really holding out to name Zack William and call him Will but DH wouldn't go for it. I hadn't thought of Liam and do like the ring of it.

I say wait until you meet the new baby. You'll have a better idea of what suites him then. You're lucky to have lots of options with one formal name!
