Default Re: belly butter?

I think the whole stretch marks thing is individual....my sister gained the bare minimum amount of weight, she walked, ate healthy, etc., used lotions, etc., she had stretch marks. Maybe it has to do with the elasticity of your skin, possibly genetics, etc. I had a guy friend in high school that worked out a lot, and he had stretch marks on his arms or back or something like that. Can't remember, the mind is fading you know.

ALTHOUGH, I will say that putting any kind of body butter on you can't be bad for you (unless it is tainted with chemicals), and could possibly be good for the fact that you need all the babying you can get when you are pregnant! Definetly, if lotion is something you enjoy, use it, use it, use it!

Janet, my kids didn't get any of the memos I sent them either. I look like a zebra or a tiger when I am pregnant....and not just in the belly. : ) I keep telling them to let up on the hormones because I am tired of getting sick, sick of not sleeping, and sick of being pregnant all the time.....wait, maybe the memo should be sent to my husband. A couple more weeks to go, and then the stripes will start to fade for me. I am hoping to go this next week.
