not mine, I have horrible pg hair. it gets greasy and just hangs there, completely lifeless. my skin get bad two, super dull looking and I get the bown spots, which doesn't help the dullness. I was so excited after my spa day, my face looked so good after the facial, but a week later back to gross dull, spotchy face with gross hair.

by the way Jo I HIGHLY recommened planning a spa day at the end of your pg. I was going to girl with a girlfriend, but Lance ended up takeing me. We your stomach is so big that you can barley pull up your underwear, it was so fun being put into the big spa robe and being pampered. The prenatal massage was to die for. it felt soooo good to lay on my stomach again!

Sorry I can't be of help in the m/s department, I was really lucky and never got sick with Jack. Maybe that is why I gained 40lbs! I just kept eating and eating during the first trimester when you usually don't gain that much....

But on another topic....one thing I recommend is to start taking weekly pictures of your belly. DH started taking pictures of me when I was 19weeks. And then each week we would take new ones. It was so neat to see the change each week, I go back and look at them now and I am amazed....I only got to 38 weeks....good thing we took pictures Jan. 6th since he came Jan. 7th!

A spa day sounds so nice. What all did you have done, janet?

My skin is dull too, but everyone else seems to tell me their hair and skin looks great due to the prenatals. One friend says her hair looks the best during pregnancy, but then starts falling out after...my luck is basically that I get all the bad pregnancy stuff multiplied by 10, and my reward has been quick pushing in the past...along with the baby, of course. : )

Janet, u are about due, right?

Jo, how are you feeling?

I tried to read through all the posts....are you still feeling dizzy? I know I had dizzy spells throughout both my pregnancies but particularly my first. The doc said I was borderline anemic and put me on extra iron (great for nasea right!? lol!)?? Can't recall...anyway...just thought I'd throw that out there as something to consider!

Hope you are feeling better soon!

on spa day I had a massage, a pedicure, and a facial.

We go in on Wed (the 19th) for another US, if the fluid level has gone down then we will induce that day, otherwise we are scheduled for the 24th. I am so ready but I have been crying every day, because of all the changes that are going to happen.
