| One of my sister's best friends was pregnant with identical twin girls. Her waters broke at 23 weeks and despite all the doctors' efforts, she gave birth at 25 weeks. Rosie died a couple of minutes after being born. Isla is now a week old and is fighting her socks off but is not doing well at all. If she survives (and it's a big if, she only weighed just over a lb) she'll almost certainly have a lot of problems. Please keep Isla and her parents in your thoughts - I'm not overly religious myself but I can't help but think that every little bit of positive thoughts and prayers might somehow make a difference. Thanks |
