Yup. I guess it depends on how flexible you are (how long your arms are??? LOL) but its possible. I hang out a lot on Unassisted, homebirth and non med childbirth forums and some of those ladies are seriously well informed and self sufficient. They say normally your cervix feels like your nose -that always makes me smile for some reason.
