Smile HSM party

I am so excited and proud of myself - I have about broken my arm patting myself on the back.

I love big birthday blowouts - and I can still get away with it with our seven year old, because the little ones don't know the difference. LOL

Anyway - this year for Emily's birthday I am taking her Brownie troop to the Civic Theatre to see a production of Disney's High School Musical. It is being performed in the children's theatre, which is a lot smaller, so our group will be about 1/3 of the audience. I even talked the Civic into giving me a space for cupcakes, etc. after the show. I am so excited!! A group of 45 family, friends and Brownies are off to see the show in Nov. I got a group rate, so I am paying for invited children, and families are paying for additional children and adults.

This should be big fun!!

That is a great idea and will be an amazing birthday.

We took our kids to see The Lion King and they loved it -- well, the 4 year old did for awhile. (So much for her $100 ticket!) But what a great opportunity for the kids to learn about the theater and have an amazing birthday experience!!!

They (and you) will remember it forever.

How exciting and what a great birthday party!

My 8 year old would be so envious! Everything right now is all about HSM. I don't get it, it reminds me of an updated Greese, but she like it so...Go Wildcats!
