Need your opinion

Im not sure if I told you gals, but I started a new business in the fall and its been very successful! I began a dog walking business (Hound Around)...it was supposed to be a side job, but it has taken over my life. Anyways, I have two questions...

1) I am working on a website, but the domain for HoundAround.com is taken. I found the owner and he said he'd sell it to me for $500! Yikes! Do you think its important to get that name? Do you remember sites that are .net or .biz? Another idea was houndaround-nj.com??

2) I am beginning to pick up some cat sitting jobs, but have done all my marketing towards dogs (ie my logo is a fire hydrant, use sayings like 'at you bark and call' and 'yuppie puppy'). So, I want to start a division aimed towards kitties. Unfortunately, I dont know much about cats. So, I need some input. As for names...which do you like? a) Kitty Sitty b) Kitties in the Sitty c) The Sitty Kitty I was thinking about using a ball of yarn for my logo (is that silly?)

Thanks for any and all help...just looking to toss some ideas around.
