| Dh just got back from a 4 day trip monday night 9 pm. I usually make it fine through his trip days but this time was tough. I missed him more than usual and we called each other all lovey dovey on day 4 of his flights. He was planning on leaving Tuesday morning to go hunting out of state. I asked if he could stay here one more day since I was missing him pretty bad. Nope, hunting is more important and I had given him permission to go. Being my crazy self I then proceed to piss him off by pleading for him to stay. Nope, already on his way. So now I'm alone till Sat and then he leaves for a 3 day on Sunday. Argh!!! He's all pissed and probably won't call me since his phone won't work out hunting. This is going to be a long week. I'm going to go vent myself on the treadmill. Thanks for tolerating my rant. |

| Jetgirls Ol' School Member | DH does that all the time to me during the spring/fall! We have a house on a lake about 1hr north of where we live in NH. Once spring comes DH will go there for his days off (he will come home for a day to see me). I don't blame him, why sit in the condo when he could be swimming, fishing, kayaking?! During the summer I don't work so we are both there but the spring and fall are hard sometimes. I hate that he does it, but I don't want to be selfish and tell him to sit in the condo all day when I am at school teaching! If he is having a nice day on his days off, that is what matters to me! Although most of the time, I am still mad, I just don't tell him ![]() |
