Thumbs down Ditched for the week

Dh just got back from a 4 day trip monday night 9 pm. I usually make it fine through his trip days but this time was tough. I missed him more than usual and we called each other all lovey dovey on day 4 of his flights. He was planning on leaving Tuesday morning to go hunting out of state. I asked if he could stay here one more day since I was missing him pretty bad. Nope, hunting is more important and I had given him permission to go.

Being my crazy self I then proceed to piss him off by pleading for him to stay. Nope, already on his way. So now I'm alone till Sat and then he leaves for a 3 day on Sunday. Argh!!! He's all pissed and probably won't call me since his phone won't work out hunting. This is going to be a long week. I'm going to go vent myself on the treadmill.

Thanks for tolerating my rant.

Yuk! That's no fun! Just start looking forward to him coming home Sat night, at least you'll have that one night together. Hopefully his 3 day will fly by for you. Hang in there, I know, it is soooo much eaiser said than done.

DH does that all the time to me during the spring/fall! We have a house on a lake about 1hr north of where we live in NH. Once spring comes DH will go there for his days off (he will come home for a day to see me). I don't blame him, why sit in the condo when he could be swimming, fishing, kayaking?! During the summer I don't work so we are both there but the spring and fall are hard sometimes. I hate that he does it, but I don't want to be selfish and tell him to sit in the condo all day when I am at school teaching! If he is having a nice day on his days off, that is what matters to me! Although most of the time, I am still mad, I just don't tell him
