Sold our house,,,,,,, we are moving!!

yes, one week on the market to the date, and it is sold, closing set for July 29th. Plans to move back home for me where the commute will be much easier for DH. We vowed to do this as long as the both of is were happy and we decided being in atl was not going to make us happy. I have my eye on a killer job there in Panama City that I just sent my resume off for....... wish me luck~ [img]images/graemlins/yay.gif[/img]

I am going to miss Orlando [img]images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Home is Panama City Florida, in the Northwest region of florida,,, otherwise known as "the world's most beautiful beaches" [img]images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Homes are being sold like hotcakes here,, we did very well, and only had 3 showings before it sold,,,, pretty cool. [img]images/graemlins/woot.gif[/img]

Well, that sounds great!!! Beaches are always a plus!! I know one day we will have to move away from the beach and boy oh boy will that be hard [img]images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
When we were planning on moving to Florida, we were speaking with a realtor, and she was telling us how fast the homes were going and how the market just kept moving on up!!! That's great!!!

I am so jealous about the quick sale!

Our house went on the market Sunday, we had 3 showings the first day, 5 the second, and 3 yesterday! No offers yet though.

Glad to hear you're off to a better living situation! Hope it works out well for you!

Thanks everyone, just got off the phone with the HR director from the job I am trying to get and she asked me if I could come in on Friday 930am,,,,,,thank god for flight benefits,,,,,,
