Hi All, Eric and I just put an offer in on our first house!! We absolutely LOVE this place... Please say a prayer that our offer is accepted and all goes well with inspections, etc. I'll tell you all more about the place once our offer is accepted (don't want to jinx it). All the prayers we can get are appreciated. Thanks!! Tanya
