Ashley, you might need to purge (or expire) your cookies...

if you go to the FAQ, there's a section that will tell you how to do that!

or just do a cntrl-enter and see if that does the trick!

or easier, you can just hold down Shift while you hit refresh on the page...If that doesn't work, try Kristie's way
