Default Re: DH gone for New Year\'s Eve?

Merideth, I know it's hard. I have a different perspective since I have been at this so long...If you can't spend the holiday, then plan other things around it to look forward to. So, plan on shopping on Saturday--after all you would not be in the mood or condition if you partied all night Friday!

I've had our son home since Dec 20th and DH off and on. I am so ready for some me time!

That being said, all things being cooperative, DH should be home Friday night. Then he and DS leave Saturday morning--one for MCO and one for DTW. And I go shopping! Yay--the best of both worlds!
