I totaly understand how you feel. I work from home now and have little to no help with the kid, however we do have some great programs for kids here and I am sure you can find them too. Im sure you have a YMCA or YWCA or a Jewish Community center that has classes for kids. Art, dance, ball...etc that can give a much needed break. I worry about sitters too. But a good program works too....
