I don't know about all of you, if you take the time to think about this... I become quiet annoyed at how my husband eats while working. Some days he only has fast food choices. How do other people's other halves manage to eat ealthy while working? I have packed some healthy things to take along but, he looks at me like Im nuts....expecting him to carry one more thing. In the long term it is very unhealthy.......just curious if I make too much of this or if it's something everyone deals with.

Nick rarely gets fast food and is a very healthful eater. If he HAS TO go to a fast food place he will try to eat the most healthful thing on the menu and trues to eat salads or grilled chicken. He tries to pack fruit (apples, bananas, etc). He refuses to gain weight or get out of shape - he says he has seen a lot of out of shape pilots and doesn't want to turn into one. I know he says when he is overseas he tries to get to a grocery store to buy some healthy foods. He also runs 5 miles or so when he gets to his destination. I think it's kind of nuts since sometimes he doesn't get any sleep beforehand! He has a lot more will power and dedication than I'll ever have!

DH packs more food than clothing sometimes! Like Amanda's situation, he looks for healthy food and packs what he can. Then he supplements it with salads.
