Default A couple of new tricks...

You'll noticed that "MY HOME" is now located on the left side of the screen next to LOGIN/LOGOUT. that should help make it a bit easier to navigate through the board.

Also, You'll notice when posting that not all of the emoticons (smileys) are showing. That's because I was able to code a new window to open up and show the additional emoticons I have which will make posting cleaner. You'll also notice that I added some more smileys to the mix.

I should be re-organizing the smileys in the next few weeks.

In the "MY HOME" section under display preferences, you'll notice that I added some new "STYLES" and that you can now PREVIEW the styles before hitting submit to use the particular style you want to use. don't hit the preview button because it doesn't work - but the VIEW button does work and will open a new window so you can preview the style.

Also, when replying to a PM, you can now quote what was said in the original email (so you don't forget the topic). There's a few bugs in it, such as you can't preview the quote and the quote shows up after you enter your text, however... it does work!

Just some new fun things to use! This board is more customizable for the user, which is why i like it. You get to use your own "scheme" of colors and dress it up the way you want to vs having one set in stone for you.

so...I'm having an issue here and I had it on JC last night too (but not anymore). A forum shows up as having new posts in it, but when i click on it, none of the threads are highlited/bolded or in any other way show new posts. I'm on Mozilla and have tried clearing the cookies from my home as was suggusted to amber earlier. The URL is www.pilotfamilies.com/forums/blah and NOT forums.pilotfamilies/blah. so I dunno

we're waiting on a fix.. it might be a while though since the software guru guys say they'll present it in the next "upgrade"... unfortunately, because of that, doug took Jetcareers back to the old format.

I'm not going to do that... can you use IE at all until we get a fix?
