LOGIN PROBLEMS

the software support guru's have just annouced that they "know" the login problem is system wide and they'll have a fix in the new update (which we have no idea when it's coming out..grrrr)...

so until then, if you have problems logging in, do this:

go to the FAQ ( http://www.pilotfamilies.com/forums/faq.php?Cat=0#help) and expire your cookies. You might have to expire the cookies more than once, maybe twice... but it should fix the problem and you should be able to get a login screen after that.

If you have any other problems, let me know!

As soon as i hear about a fix, I'll be installing it and we won't be having this issue anymore!

I chose the option "remember me on each visit" or something like that...and I haven't had a problem ever since.

I guess the hard part is getting to the log in screen in order to chose that option...

yeah.. until we get a fix for the cookie problem, that'll have to be a manual user fix! sorry....
