avatar issues!

So, I uploaded a new avatar in the usercp section, and it shows up there just fine, but when I go on the forums, it's still my old one. tried refreshing the page, no dice

hmmm i changed my avatar a couple of times and it took it without a problem...make sure the file size and picture size are within specs and let me know if you still have problems.

I changed my avatar 3 or 4 days ago and had no problems.

hi! i am new and maybe that is why, but i can not change my avatar at all. when i go to the usercp and click on edit avatar it only comes up with 3 pre-defined avatars with no option to upload my own. any help for me....please?! thx!

btw, i am also having issues adding a pic to my siggy. it's within the size limits for my post count. it shows up fine in the preview after i upload it but doesn't show up when i post. help me!!

per our tiered structure (based on post count)...make sure your pictures are within the requirements and it should work.

my bet is that your signature pic (seen in your usercp) will be able to be seen once you hit the 25 post mark. there should be an option to upload a custom avatar whether via URL or uploaded from your computer.

i am within the post count for an avatar, 19, but when i go to the usercp and click on edit avatar it does not give me an option to upload my own. it only gives me a choice of 3 pre-defined ones. not sure what to do. any help is appreciated!

hey! i think 20 is the magic number for custom avatar because now it came up with the option to add my own and it works!

you are right about the siggy pic. i just need to be patient
