| has anyone used or know of people who use the interlinetravel.com, or ID90.com. you have to prove that you are an airline employee, and the have monthy fees. But say they give 70% discounts. Just wondering if anyones knows anything about them.

| sure--I've used interlinetravel.com many times (parent co for family etc is dynamictravel.com. no fees within certain time limits and good deals prices. yes, must have ID for bookings like cruises--fax ID prior or they re-price at normal discount. ID90 is membership and I've had one for years. they recently added alot of features but unless you're using them enuff, it may not be worth the $25+ ish/year. Never paid monthly fees. We also iddeals.uk.co membership which gives us more for the asia/pacific zones for hotel discounts (whoa--careful typing THAT word) and they have good space avail info on nearly every commercial flight--we chk'd royal air maroc and some others for last minute info. most agencies have same/similar rate for all-inclusives--some have better contracts/contacts for different clubs etc. interline does have rates for pos air too on some pkgs. they are DFW based ask away--I have lots of experience with several others |

(great rates on hotels) But I am pretty sure that we will be planning our big family va-ca through them. if falmiy or friends travel with you, can you book the discount rate for them?

| depends--are you talking all-inclusives? most of the time you can get at least one more room, but not sure about hotels. with AI. many have bump protection for that dreaded moment when you have to go "tomorrow on Plan B" you can also look at nonrev.net and get res deals for lots of places I think you can get introductory access to the membership ones like iddeals and ID90, but not booking until you join (so you can see rates) many of the cruise deals will offer one extra cabin per airline family but I think Carnival gives lots on select cruises. |
