Default Seats on United

Is there any way to find out how overbooked an United flight is? With the Delta employee line you're told there are "negative five" seats but with the United employee line it just says its overbooked. Any thoughts?

Is it a Skywest flight by chance that you are looking at? You can look on Skywest online to see what its booked to. If its not Skywest, then I'm not sure to find out how overbooked a flight is.

It is a SkyWest flight. How do I check on the skywest site?

Jackie, when we fly united I use that 1-800 number on the travel web site and if you keep hitting 0 it will get you to an operator and they have always given me the load status, and how many are listed on the flights.

Yeah, Janet, I just feel guilty taking up the CSR's time. I've had them get a little grumpy with me so I avoid it. However, Amelia gave me a GREAT hint but as it has to do with the SkyWest site, I'll PM it to you! My apologies to the rest of you ladies! Thanks Amelia by the way.
