Sometimes it's just so crammed in the van that there is hardly any room for an extra person.

So Jackie, how did it go? Did you go?

No (hangs head in dejection). The flights were just too full. We might try again this weekend as he's had the same trip all month. However, the good overnight is in Savanna and everyone ELSE wants to go there too!

Oh well, I'll keep trying.

Jackie

I love going on his flights. I have never had a problem, he usually has be wait and walk off with the crew, but this one time I had to pee really bad, and I really don't like the airplane bathroom, so I was getting off with all the other pax so I could get to the bathroom and be ready for the shuttle. Well the crew all saw me getting of and the ALL were telling me to wait. I had to annouce to the whole flight that I needed to go to the bahroom and that I would meet them inside. I did get some funny looks from the other pax about why the crew cared so much about me getting off the plane.

The other thing I love is when T flys with us, he still has a blankie that travels everywhere with us. And she isn't allowed to go in a bag.. (the balnkie is afraid of the dark) we are so use to packing it around that when we get off Lance grabs the bags, and GeeGee(the blanket) and takes off walking. I love the looks he gets as people see the pilot carrying his blankie out to the plane!

I hope you get on one of his flights soon. I haven't been on one of my DH's flights in a while. I always love going on his flights. Maybe when he is based back here in Denver I'll try again. I have yet to take the kids on one of this flights. I really want to take them on one of his flights and get pics of them with him in the cockpit.
