Default Non-reving on United

Hey all. I'm pretty comfortable with non-reving but here's my concern. I'm planning a trip up to NY next week. It's easiest to fly United Express flights. My concern is with the likelyhood of Mesa folding soon. I'm afraid that if they go under this week or next, that there won't be any open seats after the Mesa seats pax are rebooked.

So, I guess my question is, if Mesa goes under will that mean they will immediately cease flying and their paying pax rebooked? Will another regional just pick up the flights? How fast will that be organized?

Ugh, I really want to go home but HAVE to be back by a week from Monday and I'm traveling with DS that also has to have a seat! decisions decisions!

Maybe I'll definately get some ID90 tix on a variety of airlines too.
