Party at Seggy's house (NJ)..June 22

For all those interested, there's going to be a party at Mark's house (Seggy on JC) on June 22nd... I guess he's celebrating a couple of things. My bet is his upgrade to captain is one of them.

But he's invited all of us jetgirls, if we'd like to go. I know doug will be getting back into NYC on the 21st, so we'll probably be able to go.

Altho it's a party party... it could also be construed as a NYC/NJ/PA meet and greet for all those that want to use it that way. We could do a girlie meet and greet during the day and then go to Mark's party that night.

Let me know if your gonna make it so i can let the segster know. I know Mark personally and he is a REALLY nice guy!!

I'd love to go, but can't take any time off work & have to be back to MD for a cook-out on the 23rd. I'll be a PA resident next year!

I am hoping to make it on the GLA flight on the 22nd. I wish it was another weekend b/c I would definitely go!

I have an appointment at 9:30 AM on the 23rd and, by my calculations it's about 2 hrs each way. And Tanya, Eric and Emily are coming in from DTW to Philly!

So far, i'm a no go... loads puked on me last night and i couldn't try this mornings flight cuz of work related issues...so, if doug ends up staying in NYC when he gets back into the states, then i'll try the redeye again.. if not, then i'll just stay home with him for the weekend and we'll have to try this again another time (probably not during summer).

Hhah... It was great... Those boys sure know how to drink : ) And there was a lotttt of airplane talk going around. I wish I could have met you there though! Everyone definitely understood that it was almost impossible for you to be there though, no worries. Next time!

yea.. i really wish i could have made it. I've never even been to NYC/NJ at all (except the airport). one of these days, i'm gonna take dougs return to country and make it a weekend in the city!

Those boys definitely know how to have a good time... I definitely get a kick out of the drunk dials!! did you play volleyball with the girls? Did they leave the states already or are they still visiting? it would have been cool to meet them (from my perspective) as i'm 1/2 swedish and all. another time, i suppose! haha

are you planning on coming out with the segster to vegas in october? it would be very cool to meet you then if not at the august m&g that i think Mark's setting up.

I am feeling a little bit better about things, thanks.... Still some slight reservations about Mark's obsession with Sweden, but what can I say..? Lol

You do have to come see NYC, absolutely! It's definitely a city to experience. Have you ever been to Sweden before, being half Swedish? I'm sure you would have loved talking to them, it was definitely interesting.

The girls are actually leaving today, I believe. I didn't play volleyball with them, actually, but I think they threw around the ball at the beach with Mark's roommate at one point.

Mark keeps talking about us going to Vegas together, which sounds awesome. I haven't heard anything about August though, I'll ask him about it later.
