you'll have to give them a certified copy, just so you know, they'll keep it.

28 years? Roz, that's AWESOME!!!!! Congrats on that!!!

Actually we just sent in a photocopy. You can even send it via email. All the info is on coair, which you should be able to access once your husband gts his employee number. It's probably on the XJT website too.

Happy Anniversary Roz!

CAL did that audit last year.

We didn't have to submit anything! He just had to list me. But they did audit the benefits two years ago which I think is a great thing.

Thanks for the good wishes Kristie!

We just took care of this a two months ago.

A brought home the form from training. We faxed it back (took like 10 tries to get it to go through) with a copy of our marriage certificate. On FL licenses, the notary stamp is on the back and they never asked for that part. AND it only lists my former name, not my current, married name that I pass-ride with. But it was accepted and that's all that matters.

We also had to send in birth certificates for other people showing how they were related (A's birth certificate showing his parents are actually his parents). If your parents are divorced and you want to do a parent and step parent, you just send in a copy of their marriage certificate as well.

Don't worry; once you get it all figured out, they'll go and change the rules on you! LOL Not really, but all airlines are a little different, depending on their policies and procedures.

Good luck!
