Default Glasgow Scotland!

Looks like my honey got a line this month and we are thrilled! No reserve for this month so we can actually plan stuff.

He has a Glasgow trip June 22-24 so I'm going to hopefully be joining him. I am praying it isn't full.

Kirsty- where do you live? Maybe we could meet up (unless you are in the US that weekend).

P.S. I just noticed I spelled Scotland wrong but I can't edit it!

cool beans!! what other trips did he get?! waiting for a line wasn't too long. Did he get anything that he tried to pick, now that's the question.

Doug's going to Frankfurt and Paris next month, not sure yet if i'll be joining him or not.

K- Thanks for changing it to Scotland, not Scottland!

Nick got all the trips he's done before: Dublin and Shannon Ireland, Manchester and London England, Glasgow Scotland, Cologne Germany and I can't remember the others. These are the junior type trips so he'll be seeing these cities a lot I think.

Nick thinks he'll be back on reserve after the summer. I have no idea why (he told me but I can't remember). It's nice to know when he's working. Another cool thing is that he'll be here for my family reunion June 3! I forgot to ask him if he'll be here for my b-day though (duh).

probably because the amount of trips won't be quite so high after summer is over. After talking to some of the F/A's this week, it seems that they need more F/A's (and pilots) during the summer time on overseas trips than winter which means some employees get to move up for a just a short time, then they move back. interesting conversations!

Wow that wasn't long at all!! Hopefully they'll have some people retire after the summer and he'll be able to keep a line, hehe... or at least a relief line. How great that he's able to make the reunion - it's so tough to get weekends off, especially at this stage!!

Don't you know that he's making that Scotland trip a few weeks late? Sheesh! We were originally going to fly into SNN or DUB, but the loads didn't look very good on the day we decided... so we're flying into EDI, which works out nicely now with our trip!

BTW, it seems like those are a lot of trips - are these all 3 days or how are they split up? I guess that I'm used to the commuting 4 day trips.

Some of Nick's trips are "short" meaning he doesn't have much time in a country before heading back home. I'll have to find out more when he comes back here Wednesday. He can explain everything to me then since he didn't go into detail today before heading off for a Manchester trip!

Thanks! It was taken recently when we went out to Philly with his bro, sis-in-law, and her 4 brothers and their wives!
Is it creepy that we sort of look alike? I think when we have a child it will have a pointy chin.

You just had to seek out a mate that has similar features... I'm sure Darwin would have something to say about that!

Brian and I look a bit alike, too - although more in the ghostly pale and blue eyes department instead of the pointy chin department!
