Guys and their watches are weird. There is a joke about knowing a Navy pilot because he has a big watch....there is more to it, but something that my husband tells better after a few beers

DH's parents bought him a food cooler that matches his suitcase from ebags.com called a Crew Cooler-- its roomy enough for him to pack enough food for a 3-4 day trip, and he loves it!

I also got DH a PSP for Christmas-- he can surf the internet, watch movies, and play video games, so it keeps him occupied when he's sitting reserve.

Thanks! I love the cooler idea. DH has always packed his own food for trips, but usually he would just do a day at a time. A bigger bag would definitely make his life easier.

DH got this really great cooler bag from PNT for $25 at the airport. He uses it to pack his heat at times.

This might be the same cooler my DH has b/c I've only seen one kind of cooler that skywest crew members carry. DH loves it. Its really really nice and has plenty of room for 4 day trips.

My DH now wants a PSP or a Nintendo DS. He could really use it now the he is back on reserve.

I'll have to look into the watch thing. My DH hardly wears one, so I would hate to buy it and he never wears it. I'll have to show it to him and see what he thinks.

I wish i could get DH to carry a cooler and take food with him to work... it'd save us some money and he'd probably end up eating better in the long run!!

I mentioned the cooler to DH last night, he is checking them out today. Since he'll be sitting reserve a lot in New York, it would really be better for him to stock up at the commissary before leaving. That is such an awesome idea! Thanks!

He is interested in the PSP too

Uh, Roz....what is his heat?

Yup, I think they must all have similar wiring. I got my boyfriend a Citizen Eco-Drive Titanium Skyhawk a couple of years ago. He likes it quite a bit!

I guess my DH didn't get that memo! Would you believe he still has the same watch since he was in jr high....he just does not like new things (well and he doesn't like to buy things.....but that is another story!).
