[Eastbayk] 9:01 pm: it's in the low 70's today. It was 80 this weekend. I was driving around with the AC on
[roz] 9:02 pm: It was 70 here in Philly on Monday; then down to 50 on Tuesday. I think it was colder today--I was not out in the daytime!
[trigeek] 9:02 pm: Um... I never received my box. I did however get a kind letter from UPS that "A" package was returned to sender before I could retrieve it. I don't know if it was for Secret Santa or someone else. But the package was accidently sent to my old address

[trigeek] 9:04 pm: By the way it is bloody cold here in Colorado. And I'm stuck in my house with the blizzard going on. I'm glad to be celebrating with you guys though

[roz] 9:07 pm: I was thinking about the weather in Denver and wondering about how our basketball player from VA, and Philly is gonna like the snow!

[Eastbayk] 9:08 pm: I hope selling your current one goes well. It took us a few months to sell ours and then it got hung up in escrow due to a bitter divorce. But it's done now! I can't wait to buy another someday.
[UPSwife] 9:08 pm: well, The inside pics aren't as great because it needs some redecorating. It is about 12 years old & all the styles show it!
[roz] 9:09 pm: That's ok--we can get an idea of the rooms--we can give you ideas (if you want).
[Eastbayk] 9:09 pm: I bet ti doesn't have any sweet velvet wallpaper though!
[UPSwife] 9:09 pm: Yeah, we are a bit nervous about having both houses, but we couldn't afford to pass on this house!
[roz] 9:09 pm: Allen Iverson was our basketball player who just got traded to the Nuggets.
[UPSwife] 9:09 pm: No, no velvet wallpaper, but some really ugly florals!

[UPSwife] 9:10 pm: I used to live in Crested Butte. I miss that place sometimes.
[Eastbayk] 9:10 pm: I was just at an xmas party and got a cool velvet painting of a clown if you need some new decor.... It was a white elephant kind of thing
[roz] 9:10 pm: My attitude has always been to live in the place for at least six months and then decide.
[UPSwife] 9:11 pm: Yeah, that is what I'm thinking. That way we can get used to things and think about how we want things to turn out.
[trigeek] 9:11 pm: My walls will never be painted. My husband thinks he's allergic to anything outside of the white range
[UPSwife] 9:12 pm: My husband's nickname used to be "the tan man"
[Eastbayk] 9:12 pm: I love color. I hate our apt. with white walls and beige carpet.
[UPSwife] 9:12 pm: I changed all that when I moved in, though!
[roz] 9:12 pm: They had a white elephant thing at our Florida location today. My HR Coordinator was excited about picking up a candle--said there were lots of candles. I laughed and told her (she's British) that people in Florida don't use candles cause it's so hot--so of course they were offloading them!
[UPSwife] 9:12 pm: I'm really excited about the house because I've never bought a house before
[trigeek] 9:12 pm: I almost ended up with white carpet too. But I fought for something tan.
[Eastbayk] 9:13 pm: well, now that hurricane season is over, we have no need for candles...
[UPSwife] 9:13 pm: I've heard of the white elephant thing, but I am not sure what it means anymore!
