Lazy Breakfast Casserole

Description:
Perfect for a holiday morning if you don't feel like cooking
as it has everything all wrapped inside. Make this dish the
night before.

For Low Cholesterol Version: use turkey sausage and egg
substitute equivalent to 8 eggs and decrease milk to 1-1/2
cups.
Ingredients:
  1. 4 slices of bread,
  2. including crust
  3. 4 cups cooked bulk
  4. sausage or ham
  5. 1-1/2 cups grated
  6. cheddar cheese
  7. 6 eggs
  8. 2 cups milk
  9. 3/4 tsp salt
  10. 2-3 dashes pepper
Preparation:
  1. Thoroughly grease 9"x13" baking pan
Instructions:
  1. tear up bread and layer on bottom of greased pan
  2. top wit cooked (!) sausage or ham
  3. sprinkle cheddar cheese over meat
  4. beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper
  5. pour egg mixture over top of cheese/meat (in pan)
  6. cover and place in the fridge overnight

  7. next morning, place casserole in 325 degree oven and
  8. bake 40-50 minutes until knife inserted in center comes
  9. out clean.

  10. Enjoy!
