Apple biscuits-breakfast

Perfect for Christmas morning. (I make them for the flight crew when hubby overnights at home.) Wonderful warm or at room temp.
| | Ingredients: | - 1 large apple
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnomon
- 1 10 pack can biscuits
- Butter
| | Preparation: | - Peel apple and dice into pieces about the size of an eraser. Flatten/roll biscuits (I use the side of a drinking glass because I don't have rolling pen.)
| | Instructions: | - Place flatten biscuits in muffin pan.
- Put a small pat of butter on each biscuit.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnomon in sandwich bag.
- Mix apple pieces in brown sugar and cinnomon bag.
- Fill each flatten biscuit with mixed apple, brown sugar and cinnomon. (Patting lightly keeps apples on biscuits when biscuts rise during cooking.)
- Cook according to biscuits instructions.
