Easy Pecan Pie

Pecan pie better than mom makes. Easy to make and comes out perfect every time.
| | Ingredients: | - 1 & 1/2 cup pecan pieces
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup corn syrup
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tps vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 9 inch deep dish frozen pie shell
| | Instructions: | - Spread pecans on bakesheet and place in oven 350 for 8-10 mins.
- Beat eggs.
- Mix all ingrediants including pecans and eggs.
- Pour mixture into pie shell.
- Bake 350 55 mins total, but after 20 mins cover with foil to prevent excessive browning. (This is the key, I have used it for other pies too.)
