Bourbon Balls

A yummy cake like confection that looks/feels like a
doughnut yet warms you up in a split second *due to bourbon
inside*
| | Ingredients: | - 1 1/2 C ground
- chocolate wafers
- 1 C confectioners
- sugar, sifted
- 1 1/2 C chopped pecans
- 1/4 C bourbon
- 2 Tbs white corn syrup
- 1 Tbs cinnamon
- 1/2 Tbs nutmeg
| | Preparation: | - Combine all ingredients
| | Instructions: | - Form into 1 inch balls and dredge them in confectioners
- sugar
- Store in airtight container
- Will keep up to 6 weeks when refridgerated
- The bourbon balls tend to "improve with age"
