Smile Back In the Game!
After a long absence due to well, a million things.....mostly the distraction of pregnancy forums.I have had my last and final baby Savannah..and am now ready to totally be consumed with Jetgirls talk! Umm.that and Howard needed to give me a tutorial to figure this place out...Im to used to myspace I guess.....for those of you who havn't met me or know me yet.....grin.......get ready....Im here for lots of fun

By the way my deepest respect and love to The Taylors for thier dedication and loyalty to all the Jet Career and Jet Girls people....now that is something special

Hah! Thanks. Though I've not done a storm chasing trip since 1998. Wow, 10 years ago. I quit doing those trips b/c the activity got too popular -- too many novices out there clogging the roadways and getting into places they really shouldn't be. That is, they generally are just curious on-lookers, out for a thrill. They are not meteorologists or educated on the ways severe storms form and behave. I wasn't interested in seeing a disaster or being caught in one myself. But YES ... they were great trips -- memories I'll have for a lifetime.

yeah I can imagine after the movie TWISTER EVERYONE wanted to do it......people always wanna do what they do in the movies but yeah I feel the same way.if it's not something you REALLY understand stay away from it...
I think it might be like how after that Movie THE CRAFT came out "Suddenly" everyone you met was "Wicca" without really knowing what it entailed.

Still that's way cool.I'd love to hear some stories sometime YOu going to the JC Nevada thing in OCTOBER?
