Hi i am new to the site too. My husband is a ca with chautauqua based out of saint louis and we live in mn. He is away now til Monday but I have a horse show on Sunday so it all works out good

Hi all,

Thank you so much for the warm welcome! Our puppies are German Shorthair Pointers and the picture was actually taken when we first got them. They are now 12 weeks old and don't both fit into my lap anymore! My DH is home right now and is really wonderful with them. He's like the Dog Whisperer.

Awww. I love German Shorthair Pointers. DH and wanted to get one, but we were in VA at the time and couldn't find any. We now have a chocolate lab. German shorthairs are beautiful dogs.

I hope to still get one down the road.

Hi Kelly! My name is also Kelly and I live in Austin, TX with my fiance! Glad to have you on the site! Where in Austin do you live? Maybe we can get together one day when both are men our on long trips. We just moved here about a year ago and I know how tough it is to have him gone and not know many people. But you will LOVE Austin, there are soo many great places here and we keep finding new stuff we love about it.

Oh goodness you found a great resource site for animals, babies, and venting! No teething puppies here, I have a maltese, that is FULL of energy and great company! and we just had a litter of kittens, so that's one more thing to take care of! BF is with Republic, and I"m just taking a couple of graduate classes! Whew, great to have you here!
