DH interviewed in May (June DB) but didn't get his type until July 10. We know the last April class has June 10th guys. Also just heard of 2 confirmed classes for May. We think he will probably be 2 classes after that. We are very excited! Hopefully your DH will get to MCO soon! We are hoping to eventually get to BWI- we live in NH. We figure he will be on the west coast for a while though. | |

| Welcome! We live just south of you in Palm Coast. I just love St. Augustine, and wish we could live in a neat old house right in downtown. We were married there in 2002 at the Cedar House Inn B&B. DH has worked for ERAU since 2001. He started off as a flight instructor with the intention of flying. Then 9/11 happened, we met, and he got comfortable. He let ERAU pay for his MBA, got a bunch of experience, and became a manager. 7 years of flying for Chitaqua would probably have your husband leaving as mine came in, but it's possible he's heard the name.

| Robyn, yes SWA is having 2 classes in May so hopefully things will move a bit. The flights have been slammed with spring break and everything else going on in aviation. Yes, you are absolutely correct in thinking that your dh will be spending some time on the west coast but hopefully things will start to move very soon. We are hoping that my dh will be able to hold mco sometime next year...well see? He is back in OAK right now holding a line for the first time. He was in PHX the past couple months and next month he will be in LAS but as long as he can hold a line it doesn't matter. I'm sure your dh knows about SWA's "trip trade" which makes holding a line really great. I think NH is so beautiful especially at the change of the season. We definitely get nothing like that down here as you know. Well, good luck and I will keep an eye out on the company site for any possible class dates.

| Hi holleetigerlilly....I love palm coast. We are not too far from you ....we live just north of the world golf village. Yes, my Dh would have been gone by the time your dh started working at ERAU. My dh graduated ERAU in 1999, he was in the USMC for 4 yrs. prior to ERAU. Your dh must have a pretty nice schedule working at ERAU and the commute must not be bad at all :-)

| Jetgirls Ol' School Member | Hi Shannon! Welcome ... though a little late :-P I lived in FL (Miami) for 4 years when I was doing my undergrad at UM. My fiance works for Mesaba based out of MSP. We live near Monterey, CA. So we're no stranger to the long commutes that inevitably eat into the "days off." But we're hoping to move back to the midwest in about a year ... not only potentially for his job, but to be closer to family, live in a more affordable place, and be in a nice area to start our own family. |
