Newbie in Texas

Hi Everyone! Just found out about this site today, but already love it! I am living with my fiance in Austin, TX. He is based out of Ontario, CA so is not home a lot. If there is anyone else on here in Austin let me know!

Dont mean to sound dumb, but I cant figure out how to get a picture up. I have one up on my profile, but where do I go to get it up for when I post threads?? Thanks in advance!

Go to the the top toolbar and click on "User CP". On the left side click avatar. Your pics need to be the right size to be uploaded. I use photobucket to get them smaller and link them in.

Welcome to the site! I've only been to Austin once on business a few years ago. I walked around the city and checked out the bats under the bridge! Hopefully I'll be able to visit again without having to work!

Wellll, We moved to Austin last summer when my fiance got a job with Express Jet. (Although he is based out of Ontario, CA). Needless to say he is gone a lot from commuting, but it is better than his last flying job where he left at 6 in the morning and didnt get home until 10 in the evening. We recently got engaged over this past Thanksgiving and will be having our wedding this December. Soooo excited!! As for me I was most recently working at a winery a little outside the city, but just got a job at a wine bar. I am trying to get into the wine industry and take sommelier classes, but that probably wont be for a little down the road. anyways, thats about it for me here! hope to meet some people from the Austin area!!
