Hi to all :)

Hello to all. I recently found this awesome website, and i just wanted to briefly introduce myself. My name is Courtney and I'm a college student. My pilot and I have been "officially" together for 4 months after a wonderful 4 year friendship.

He currently works full-time at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (I'm sure many of your pilot's fly their daily) on Atlanta's Ramp 3/4 as a ramp controller. He's received his PPL and is currently working on his Instrument Rating. I don't know much of the aviation lingo, but he's slowly teaching me.

I look forward to talking with you all on the forums.

Thanks! I go to Georgetown College in Georgetown, KY. It's a small private liberal arts college. I'm studying Chemistry, and I'm not too sure what I'm going to do with it once I get out. It's a passion and hopefully a nice job will be there in the end.

WELCOME! this is quite the life in Aviation...congrats to him on his PPL...I've been with SO for a couple of years now, he just started out at the regionals and well that has been a trip...oh, yes, I have sat at ATL for a couple of hours on a couple of trips, honestly I don't mind sitting at one of the busiest airports, I like to people watch...I'm up here in Charlotte, I just graduated with my BS in Biology/Microbiology from UNCC and looking to do a Medical Technology program...Great to have you here, and the lingo will come naturally!
