New in Baltimore

Hi all! My name is Elizabeth and I am so happy to have found this site.

I'm a Product Manager at an information security company. My husband and I have been married for almost a year. We're both originally from Ohio but his job brought him (and then me after we got married) out here. He is the director of operations and maintenance at a flight school and is also a CFI. In the next few months, we are planning to finally make the transition over to the commuters and potentially moving back to Ohio or to Memphis.

And that's my story!

I work in downtown Baltimore (Harborplace Tower) and I live south of Baltimore in Odenton. What flight school is he at? My bf used to be a CFI at Phoenix Aviation at MTN.

Hi Elizabeth!
My husband and I just moved back to Ohio from the Baltimore area! We lived in Columbia, MD the past two years while he was based at BWI. I am orginally from Ohio and we lived in Columbus for 10 years prior to moving to MD. Erik flies for NetJets which has it's home base in Columbus!! This summer we decided to come back due to the crazy real estate market out there along with the desire to be closer to family again and now live in western Ohio while he flies out of Fort Wayne. Nice to meet you and welcome to the site!

Glad to have you here! I'm originally from Ohio too and am finishing up school right now in KY while BF finishes up his commercial in TX. He will return to KY in a month or so to start applying for jobs and we're praying something opens up for him! So nice to meet you!

I had no idea how many Ohioans we had on the board!
However, I'm not one of them. I'm in PA although I was living in AZ when I met my fiance back in 2002. I moved back to PA from AZ last March and it has been quite an adjustment, although good to be around family and old friends. Welcome to the site!
Hopefully we can have another PA/MD/DC Meet & Greet soon!
