  |  Hiya from Atlanta! Well, this is my introduction. I'm Kristi, and I have only been dating a pilot for 2 months. He has been on medical leave from Delta so we have gotten to have a semi-normal relationship, but he has now taken a new corporate job that takes him to training for 3 weeks on Thursday (in Dallas and *gulp* Paris). AHH!!! The longest we will spend away from each other. So I guess I am here for emotional support, so whatever I can get, I would love it. Anyways, my BF is Ryan. Flies corporate (I don't know much of the terms yet, but I have been told I will learn.) We both currently live in Atlanta (anyone else?). I live with my roomie and 2 cats, he has Derby (his dog). I am a business student turned pre-veterinary. It's definitely been interesting. I just have to say that this blog has already helped so much. I do dog rescue work (non profit in me free time) for Dogs Deserve Better and I have always thought about veterinary work, just dont think I could handle the tragedies very well. But good for you! How awesome!!! My husband of two years flies for ASA based out of ATL, we live in Pamama City, Florida with our FOUR dogs!  Welcome to our group! |

Well, I should graduate in December, whew, and then who knows...my BF just finished training with Eagle...we have a maltese, who is my life! hahaha, she really relieves the stress, and such, a good friend...I too would love to do vet-work, but I would be such an emotional basketcase...i love animals...welcome to the board, you will love it here! | Re: Hiya from Atlanta! Hey Kristi! Welcome to the board!! So your bf is "in training" (ie:flying) or "teaching" (ground/sim) at his new job? His corporate job is international? that's interesting cuz i've never known a corporate airline to go international like that (you learn something new everyday!) Vet school is awesome!! I wish i would have gone that route... The ladies here are a wealth of information!!! Feel free to ask any questions....
