| No, I didn't have a pass. He said he filed the paperwork, and I remember faxing all kinds of stuff for him. So, who knows. He said he's tried calling and emailing the pass bureau and no one answers or responds. Whats an S2 priority? LOL! |

| Hello. My name is Felicia and I live in Louisville, KY. My DH works for UPS and the hub is here as well. He has been with the company for 10 years, but we have been married less than 1 year. We both know the upgrade to captain is right around the corner and we know that it is quite likely that he will have to move since some local FO's may have passed on captain upgrades before in order to stay in Louisville...Anyway, since I am a teacher, we have decided that if he has to change bases we will both move. I can teach anywhere, but we are planning to have children soon and feel it will be better for us in the long run. Right now, he has a lot of seniority as an FO, but once he becomes captain, it is back to the bottom of the list--reserve all the time! I am still getting used to all the flight issues, but I do know that communication is key and that every couple/family has different needs and perspectives on what is the best scenario. Just be sure that you and your husband discuss things and consider all the angles. It is nice to meet you & have you on board! |

| Eric and I non-reved to MCO once through Com-Air's school when it was Com-Air and not DCA. It was in August during tourist season. They re-routed us through Cleveland and we got in OK. Although we had to take first class out (bum deal to the poor college students). Just don't go through Atlanta .... BAAAAAAAD.

| Jetgirls Plus Member ![]() | Hi! I just wanted to chime in and say hello and welcome! I just got back from a week vacation to PHL (and a day and a half near IAD). I got to see my boyfriend Nick's new crash pad. It's actually an apartment... and really nice! I think he learned his lesson from his last crappy place where he slept on the floor. He has an actual room now and his place is in Reston VA, about 10-15 minutes from IAD. His roommates are really nice too. What airline does your husband work for? Nick was in Orlando a few months ago and likes it there. Amanda |

| Jetgirls Plus Member ![]() | Let's just say that Freedom is not well liked in the industry. Ask your hubby about the contract... Freedom pilots are known as "scabs" among other things. I realize your husband has nothing to do with what has happened in the past but there are a lot of pilots that will see that he is Freedom and not let him jumpseat, just because he is on the Freedom ticket. If you are ever curious about what's going on with Mesa, check out Mesahub.com (although there are a lot of complainers on there, you get to know what's happening w/ the company!) A |

| Well, I can't say I've heard people refer to my husband as a scab before, thats a new one. What should I ask him about the contract? Is it good or bad? I registered with that site, now I'm just waiting to be approved. |
