Southwest Chicken Salad

Well I am not the best cook, so when dh compliments something, it must be a winner. Forgive the lack of measurements, I always just eyeball everything.

Salad:

lettuce
Niblets, drained
sliced olives, drained
balck beans, drained
chopped tomatoes
croutons
shredded cheese
crispy ckn breasts cut into strips (I cook them by directions, then broil for a few to get crispier)

~You could also use grilled ckn strips instead of breaded

Dressing:

3 parts Caesar and 1 part Ranch
few T parmesean cheese
Southwest seasoning, garlic salt, onion salt, paprika, chili powder or whatever

Toss salad w/ all ingrediants and dressing, except serve ckn on top still hot

I served w/ garlic cheese toast, green beans, and cucmber sticks, and Oreo pie for dessert.
