| 3 or 4 med. potatoes 1 can of cream of celery soup 1 med. yellow onion 1 cup of milk salt and pepper Peel and slice the potatoes, then slice up the onion. In a small bowl combine soup, milk, and salt and pepper. Put 1/2 the slices potatoes in the bottom of a 2 qt. casserole dish. Layer 1/2 the onion on top, then 1/2 the soup mixture. Repeat. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour. I promise you won't And if you're hubby likes it you might even ![]() |

| Oh! I forgot to mention... Slice the potatoes about 1/4" thick and cover it when you put it in the oven. Good luck! Let me know how you liked it. Tanya |
