Kristie Admin/Owner Join Date: Jul 2003 Location: Scottsdale, Arizona Posts: 6,472 Recipes: Thanks: 7 Thanked 11 Times in 11 Posts	April Recipe of the Month so, spring has begun (in most parts of the country) and it'll soon be time to start icing those coffee's... so here's a recipe to create your own chai tea latte (iced). Iced Chai Latte! (12oz serving) * Add 1 1/2 scoops of your favorite Chai Tea flavor/mixture (could use Tazo Chai from starbucks if you want to) * 4 oz of Hot Water * Pour over rounded 12 oz cup of ice * Add 1 oz Cold Milk and Serve Keep in mind that you can freeze chai tea latte to create chai tea latte ice cubes so that when you put ice in your latte, it doesn't necessarily "water down" as much as regular ice would. another way to make it iced - without the ice is to put the cup in a cold water bath (ice cubes with water) and that should also cool it down pretty quickly. Anyone else have any spring/summer drink recipes they want to share?
