Default Organic Milk?

Hey Roz...
I need you! With all of the scary stuff they put in milk these days (antibiotics, growth hormones, etc...)we have been thinking about switching to organic milk. But, the brand that our grocery store has (they only have one brand) doesn't say "Pasturized" anywhere on the label. Does this mean it is not pasturized? If so, is this like trading one evil for another? Any thoughts? Roz? Anyone?
