Cheap meals for pilots/fa's who are poor

Might start a recipe thread over at JC. But its hell just to go and post there.

Anyway wanted to start a thread here that would allow poor pilots/fa's or college students to get a good meal for not a whole lot.
Right now I dont have any meals in my mind but if you do post them like this

Sample:

Raw potatoes(a bag will do fine).
and a can of spam
onions or garlic
[Recipe]
wash the raw potatoes, put them into the oven at 300 degrees. And let it bake, once the side that is up is getting soft, turn over the potatoe(s). keep doing that until your taters are all soft.

Now take spam, put it into the frying pan, turn on medium, add minced/diced onions. And stir fry it.

Then eat it all really good.

Can last you a whole day (if you dont gobble it down at one time).
