Yummy past salad...

Super Easy!! And just add amounts that you think are good. Really, there's no recipe, just ingredients...

tri-colored pasta - make up as much or as little as you need
salami - cut up into dime sized bites
pepper jack cheese - cubed
sweet roasted red peppers - they come in a jar, slice them into dime sized bits
scallions/green onions - slices as big or small as you like
pepper - to taste
extra-virgin olive oil - just a bit
Cardini's Italian dressing - or your favorite Italian dressing

Make your pasta and then after it's drained run cold water over it. Dump it into a big bowl and add a little extra-virgin olive oil just to make sure your noodles don't stick together. Cut up all of the other ingredients and add them to the pasta. Don't add the dressing until closer to serving time. It's better that way! And if you think of other things that you would like in it then definiteley try it! Olives might be good in it...

It's really yummy. I always get lots of compliments on this one! It's really good for BBQ's and picnics. Just keep it in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve it.
